I would like to take the time to let you, JLSC, and Mr. Santamarina know how much I have appreciated your crew from Atlanta. Brad Henry, Michael Gomez, Adam Marks and the rest were exemplary in the way they conducted themselves while on our jobsite in Okeechobee Florida.

JLS came in with an eagerness to learn Cajun's Safety Culture and showed respect for those of us who was responsible for their activities. The communication and leadership your supervisors showed to the temporary workers you hired locally played a huge part in the fact that we had no incidents or accidents. They were educated up front in Cajun's Safety Culture by myself and followed instructions to the "T".

Anytime they were in doubt, they would always ask questions and get answers before doing anything.

Being the USACE are our clients, we operate under their standards in the EM385 1-1. For someone who had not worked under their standards or Cajun's, JLS proved to be the kind of company that would set the bar for the other subcontractors that would also come on site. Brad, Michael, Adam and the team adapted very quickly and never complained or made excuses for anything. They just complied with what was required. No questions asked!!!

I cannot tell you what a blessing they were, and I would request them again if the need for your product ever comes up again. Without hesitation, I fully recommend JLS and the people that represent them to anyone who requires full participation, full compliance, total excellence in safety, production and quality.
